The arrangement
Work is month to month. No annual contract, no setup fee, no cancellation fee. Tell us to stop and we stop at the end of the month you have paid for.
Your numbers
Tracking numbers we provision for you are portable. If we part ways you can port them out and keep them, and we will not hold them hostage to force a renewal. Numbers unused for sixty days after service ends may be released back to the carrier pool, so port them before then.
What we do not promise
We measure calls. We do not promise more calls, better calls, or a particular cost per call — attribution tells you where your work comes from, it does not manufacture work. Anyone promising you a number before they have seen your data is guessing.
Uptime and reality
Call routing depends on carrier networks we do not own. We will tell you promptly when something breaks and what we are doing about it. We are not liable for lost business arising from carrier outages, and we will not pretend an outage did not happen.
Recording is your call, and your liability
Recording law varies by state and some require both parties to consent. We provide the announcement mechanism; deciding to record, and doing so lawfully in the states you operate in, is your responsibility. We will flag it if your configuration looks risky.
Payment
Invoiced monthly in advance. Carrier pass-through costs are itemised at cost, not marked up.
